About Eileen
Eileen is an Educational Therapist with over 43 years of experience in helping children, families, and professionals in the Education sector, with a particular interest in Dyslexia, and, more specifically, children who are both gifted and dyslexic. She has taught at many different universities in New York and has presented at conferences across the US and internationally. She has been presented with numerous honors and awards, including ‘New York State Teacher of the Year’, awarded by the Council for Exceptional Children: New York State Federation. Eileen has also served as both a member of the Board of Directors and President of the International Dyslexia Association and is a contributing author for Brookes Publishing Company.
