SAT Vocab by Mindsnacks
SAT Vocab by Mindsnacks is a great app for your older kids working on their SAT vocabulary. There are a variety of games and puzzles kids can choose from to expand their vocab and improve their memorization and rapid recall skills. The games are fun and easy, taking the work out of studying for the SAT.

Math 42
Math 42, out of Germany, is a math homework helper. A Student enters a problem they're trying to solve and the app gives them a choice of ways to solve it. Once a student has decided how to attack a problem, the app takes them step by step through the solution.

Flashcards by Dictionary.com
If you're looking for a vocabulary app that's 100% free, check out Flashcards by Dictionary.com. This app lets you choose from 500,000 word lists or build your own. Once you've gotten through a list, take the quiz to see how much you've learned.

PBS Kids Videos
Stuck in line at the grocery store? Got a long car ride ahead of you? All your favorite PBS kids shows are available on the PBS Kids video app. You child can watch Wild Kratts or Daniel Tiger and learn a little something in the process. And because it's PBS, you'll know it's ad-free and safe for your little ones.
