Gwenna is a mom, comedian, and content creator who makes TikToks about her life as a stay-at-home parent. She is extremely relatable, funny, and just a joy to watch. She creates fun skits and lets us in on how different it is to parent a teenager versus her toddler twins. She also has a few brand partnerships with companies that she actually uses all the time, too!
3. Evan Kyle Berger & Kevin Laferriere (@dumbdadpod)
We see a lot of mom creators on TikTok and very few dads. These “Dumb Dads” create content for all parents to relate to, from a father’s perspective. They cover everything from toddler tantrums to parent-teacher conferences and what it’s like to be a stay-at-home dad. All of these topics and more are addressed with a huge side of humor.
4. “Shug CM” (@lackofimpulsecontrol)
This momma is a shining example of a gentle parent. She doesn’t share any information like her real name or her kids’ names (she refers to them as Bubba, Turkey, and Goo). She is a single mom and widow who also happens to be a psychology professor. Her videos are both entertaining and helpful if you are a parent who is living with grief.

5. Danni Harvey (@danniharvey)
Danni Harvey is extremely relatable and funny. Not just for her content about motherhood, but for touching on topics such as being a wife and I especially enjoyed her braces journey. She is normalizing a lot of things that many adults might not want to share. Her over-the-top Tiktok videos are why her followers love her.

@emilyjeanne333 FERAL HOUSEWIFE- a nature documentary #naturedocumentary #feralhousewife #sahm #normalizenormal #normalizethemess ♬ Nature documentary and experimental landscape loop(1016642) - shuto music lab
This TikTok account is one of my favorites. She thrives on “showing motherhood without the filter” including letting other TikTok users in on her hectic homelife as a stay-at-home mom to two young children. She normalizes a messy house, piles of laundry, and dirty dishes, showing other parents it’s okay to put off chores for your own mental health. After all, as long as your kiddos are happy then nothing else matters.
7. Riona O’Connor (@rionaoconnor)
Riona is a mom to two boys, a singer, and a comedian. She creates so many parodies that show off her vocal skills as well as what it’s like to be a mom in the UK. Also, she is a strong advocate for breastfeeding and treats it as it is- a natural act that bonds you with your babies. Along with promoting body positivity, she is everything other moms aspire to be.
8. David Ogleton (@fitdadceo)
@fitdadceo This joke left me feeling deflated #fyp ♬ everyone using this sound - zup
The Creator of “No, dummy” this dad is absolutely hilarious. His TikTok account primarily is full of the best dad jokes. His content may be simple but it’s a great pick me up at the end of a long day to watch his short videos. Plus, the TikTok algorithm will connect you with other accounts like his if you enjoy corny dad jokes.
9. Maia Knight (@maiaknight)
This mom has gained quite the following on TikTok. Her videos simply consist of her daily life with her twin baby girls. They are adorable and she shows how she handles juggling two kids as a first-time mom. The kicker? She is also a single parent raising her girls on her own, showing other moms they can do it too.
10. The Holderness Family (@theholdernessfamily)
The Holderness Family is such a fun and uplifting TikTok account. They make parodies of well-known songs and change the lyrics to relate to parenting life or other topics like the pandemic in one of their viral videos.
11. The Honest Mom (@diaryofanhonestmom)
@diaryofanhonestmom Which one are you? #cyclebreaker #cyclebreakers #generationaltrauma #traumacycles #realmomlife #parenting #motherhood ♬ original sound - The Honest Mom
What’s unique about Libby’s page is that it isn’t filled with videos of reenactments of life with kids and tweens. She addresses the hard topics like mental health and knowing your worth as a mother. Many moms struggle with finding who they are after having children and The Honest Mom recognizes that fact and shows others it’s okay to not always be okay.
12. LauraLove (@lauralove5514)
Laura’s adorable young sons Carter and Jonah are the stars of this TikTok user’s account. She practices respectful parenting and teaches the Montessori method to her kids. 15. Shawna Lander (@shawnathemom)
@shawnathemom Why does this hurt my feelings so much 😭 #momcomedy #comedyskits #newmomsbelike #momsoftiktok #newmomstruggles ♬ Happy - AShamaluevMusic
At first, Shawna’s account was all about skits and fun content about being a mom. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021 and decided to also share her journey. It is an inspiration to see her be vulnerable and candid about parenting while undergoing cancer treatment. As of March 2022, she is cancer-free!
All of these TikTok users talk about all sorts of aspects of being a parent, good and bad. They show us that it’s okay to be unsure and struggle sometimes, but also how to get back up and do our best for our kids every day.
